A. Some shoes is ready and some pre order (see description on photo caption). Adorable Project shoes are made to order, which help us minimize waste and inventory. By doing so, we are able to offer you affordable price at the expense of your max. 28 days of wait​

Q. HOW LONG TAKE TIME DELIVERY OF GOODS TO MY CITY 
A. For ready stock item, it will take 2-3 working days after your payment verified. For pre order item, calculation of max. 28 days exclude public holidays and days of natural disaster. Starts at the day we verify your payment, not the day you place your order and or make your payment​

Q : HOW DO I CAN CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER 
A. We want you to enjoy your adorable products as soon as possible. After you transfer, our warehouse will confirm you order. Therefore, after you reply to sms (confirm order), your order information was immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. This means that we will be unable to cancel but for changed order after you. Receive your order, you can returned it us by your pay shipping​


Q. FOR HOW LONG WEEK I CAN CHANGE OR RETURNED MY ORDER AFTER I RECEIVE IT
A. You can returned it or changed it max. 7 days after you receive the order (in box and never used it before), retur shipping is the responsibility of the customer​


Q. RETURNABLE AND REFUNDABLE
A. We will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges and 10% restocking fee, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us process and exchange. Once the exchange has been processed please allow the following additional days for delivery your replacement item 4 – 14 working days
